Rice Cultivation Project Protocol

The Rice Cultivation Project Protocol provides guidance on how to quantify, monitor, and verify GHG emission reductions resulting from changes in water and residue management in rice cultivation. The protocol was adopted by the Reserve Board in December 2011.

Protocol Revisions

The Rice Cultivation Project Protocol is currently undergoing a technical revision (to Version 1.1) which will incorporate previously released errata and clarifications as well as editorial changes focused on improving the usability of the protocol. The revised protocol is expected to be released in April 2013.
