The Verification Program Manual (VPM) details the requirements of the verification program and outlines the standardized approach for the independent and rigorous verification of Reserve projects. The VPM accompanies the Program Manual, which presents the Reserve’s policies, processes and procedures for registering projects with the Reserve.
The Reserve strives to continually improve its processes and feedback from our stakeholders makes a vital contribution to its ongoing success. We would like to thank all of the interested stakeholders that provided the comments and valuable feedback that was incorporated into the latest version of the VPM. The Reserve’s responses to those comments and a summary of the list of changes made to the VPM are available below.
All provisions contained within the VPM are effective immediately upon release for all new projects and new verification activities. However, projects that have already submitted their NOVA/COI forms to the Reserve for approval may proceed under the guidelines of the previous version for the current verification period.
