Candidate Protocol Selection

Following input and discussion from the Reserve Team, Technical Task Team, and Stakeholder Team, the provinces of Ontario and Quebec have selected a candidate refrigeration systems protocol for adaptation for use in their respective programs. The original candidate protocol is available below for reference. Note that this protocol may undergo significant revision before it is finalized, namely excluding sections regarding HFC reclamation.
