Version 1.0
- Mexico Ozone Depleting Substances Protocol Version 1.0 (April 28, 2015) (English)
With support from the Instituto para la Protección Ambiental (IPA, or Institute for Environmental Protection) of the state of Nuevo León, Mexico, the Climate Action Reserve adapted the Article 5 Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) Protocol for use in Mexico. The adaptation process began in October 2014 with the formation of a technical workgroup from Mexico to assist the Reserve in protocol development. During this time, drafts of the protocol were made available for workgroup and public review and comment. A public workshop was held in February 2015 to discuss the draft protocol and encourage further public feedback. Staff made final revisions to the protocol in March and April 2015 and it was approved by the Reserve Board on April 28, 2015.
